Blues in the Schools Fund
The Blues in the Schools (BITS) offers young people opportunities to perform live music in professional settings and to learn more about the history and cultural diversity of blues music. We have sponsored Youth Music Showcases, sent a youth act to the International Blues Challenge in Memphis, started festivals and events with youth performaners, and provided Blues Master Classes for students in area schools.

The Southern Arizona Musicians Assistance (SAMA) program provides financial assistance to local musicians in need due health issues, such as uninsured medical or dental costs, loss of income during a health crisis, or helping their surviving family members with final expenses.
